Meet our Director!
Cynthia Rodgers has been involved in teaching since 1981 when she graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a dual degree in Elementary and Special Education. Cynthia brings a wealth and breadth of experience to our program that is unparralled. She has taught kids at every
level – from pre-K and infants at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church Daycare to teaching hearing-impaired children for 13 years in Metro Public schools.
On the spiritual side, she is a graduate of the Domata School of Missions. Cynthia has taught in La Villa, Venezuela at Harvest Ministers Bible Training School where she instructed leaders in developing lesson plans, puppet skits, and large-scale children’s crusades. She has also volunteered with the children’s department of our church sponsor, Victory Fellowship, for over 20 years. And did we mention she is also a certified Nurse’s Aide?
We could not think of any better combination of skills, experience and heart than what Cynthia brings to the table. We are confident that your kids will just love “Ms. Cynthia,” and you will be blessed by her direction of Victory Learning Center.
